EXPANSION PLANNED FOR 2009

The stock market might be plunging, but the Kit-Kristi franchise is planning an expansion for April 2009 with a new product line. Negotiations had been ongoing, with an agreement reached in merger meetings between the principals in July 08, pending a final inspection just last week wherein the strength of the merger was ratified. When asked about the expansion plans both parties, stated that expansion was inevitable. "Although each entity had strengths in similar areas, combining those strengths can be expected to result in a superior product", said an outside observer familiar with the franchise. Currently other holders of genetic stock were pleased at the prospect that the future of their own shares has been enhanced. The principals rarely make public pronouncements, but approved the release of the following brief statement: "We are thankful for the support of not only our stockholders, but also our friends. This is an exciting time. We are confident that we have pointed our franchise in a new and positive direction that bodes well for long-term success. We are excited at the prospect of adding a high quality product to our current lineup."
